About Author
Dr. V.K. Tiwari built and transform mission-critical digital ecosystems — not individual applications. Over 20 years, I’ve architected the last-mile digital commerce and delivery ecosystem behind KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, TGI Fridays and Krispy Kreme across 10 countries (2,000+ restaurants, 8,500+ riders, 1,500+ transactions/minute), and led a hybrid multi-tenant cloud architecture for a 15-airport aviation program spanning AODB, RMS and 79 sub-systems on Azure and AWS.
My work sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, multi-cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Generative AI/LLM/RAG, and customer experience (Sitecore/CDP) — always translated into measurable business outcomes: uptime, transaction throughput, deployment velocity, and cost.
Based in Dubai with a UAE Golden Visa (valid to 2034), I’m open to CTO/CIO/Chief Digital Officer conversations across the UAE and GCC.
