Agile project management (APM) is an iterative approach to planning and guiding project processes. It breaks project processes down into smaller cycles which is called sprints or iterations. Further to summarize the requirements as why agile project management below are a few pointers:

  2. Agile methodology allows various teams to release segments of the project, that are completed.

Phases of APM

  1. Envision – Conceptualization phase to determine who is going to work
  2. Speculate – Create initial requirements for the product.
  3. Explore – Focus on staying within project constraints.
  4. Adapt – Results are reviewed and teams adapt as needed.
  5. Close – Final project is measured against updated requirements.
