At Microsoft Ignite 2023 in December Microsoft announcing Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides which is the combination of generative AI with mixed reality to assist to the frontline workers to complete the complex on ground tasks and resolve issues faster with minimal impact to the existing business work flows.
